Guns, Buns and Ab Challenge!



Who wants to do this with me?!!!

I have often said to myself that I will do one of these 30 day challenges but usually by day 2 I've given up or have gotten distracted with something else. But this year I want to follow through on all of my commitments and this is a good one to start with! Who doesn't want a perky bum, lean legs, abs of steel (abs are mostly made in the kitchen but at least we can tighten up the muscles while we eat well!) and to tighten those squishy areas?
