I can completely relate because I was there... I know how horrible being unhealthy can make you feel.
This past year was not easy, I had my ups and downs, moments of weakness but more importantly I had determination and I worked hard. Yes I indulge, yes I eat chocolate, yes I drink wine, yes I eat chips on occasion, yes I eat burgers but 80% of the time I stick to my goals.
Seeing these pics of me is only inspiring me more to keep doing what I am doing! I eat clean 80% of the time and exercise every day. That's it! I eat between 1500-1600 calories a day, I drink water, drink shakeology, eat lots of fruits and vegetables but the most important thing I do on a daily basis, is believe in myself.
I'm not at my goal yet but I WILL be there by December 31 - I will NOT gain weight at Halloween and I will NOT gain weight during the Christmas season, no way! I have worked way too hard to not keep on track and push through the next 68 days!!
