60 Days until Summer Challenge!



Today is exactly 60 days until summer. 60 DAYS!!!

Each day between now and then I will be posting a daily tip or little challenge to get you moving!!

Today is Day 1!

Your first task is to set a clear, attainable goal! Any goal worth working for requires dedication, effort, and persistence. Remember this is a short term goal. Set your sights on something that can be achieved if you work hard for the next 60 days!

When setting this goal make a plan on how you will get there. Will you track what you eat daily? Exercise for 6 days a week? Increase your water intake? Set out the steps you will take to reach your goal, write them down and review them every day!
